Your umpires
No umpire… no game…
The umpire is responsible for applying the rules of hockey on and around the pitch, as well as ensuring fair-play. He/she is therefore an essential part of the game to allow matches to be played correctly and safely.
USTS promotes training all older juniors as umpires. For these juniors who begin umpiring matches, a « Mentor » will support them to help them in their development as an umpire, including adapted coaching, a debriefing after the game and a detailed report.

Vos arbitres
Sans arbitres, pas de match…
L’arbitre est le garant de l’application des règles du jeu, de la discipline qui en découle sur et au bord du terrain, et du fair-play. Il/elle est donc un acteur primordial pour qu’un match de hockey puisse se dérouler correctement.
Pour les jeunes qui franchissent le pas et arbitrent des matches, un Coach d’Arbitre les épaulera afin de les aider dans leur développement en tant qu’arbitre, avec un coaching adapté, un débriefing après le match et un rapport détaillé.
